GXZC系列薄膜蒸發器

 簡介：

GXZC系列薄膜蒸發器是一種通過旋轉刮板強制成膜，可在真空條件下進行降膜蒸發的新型高效蒸發器。它傳熱系數大、蒸發強度高、過流時間短、操作彈性大，尤其適宜熱敏性物料、高粘度物料及易結晶含顆粒物料的蒸發濃縮、脫氣脫溶、蒸餾提純。因此，在化工、石化、醫藥、農藥、日化、食品、 精細化工等行業獲得廣泛應用。GXZC thin film evaporator is a new type of high efficiency evaporator, which is forced to form film by rotating scraper and can evaporate falling film in vacuum. It has high heat transfer coefficient, high evaporation intensity, short overflow time and high operating elasticity. It is especially suitable for evaporation concentration, degassing and desolution, distillation and purification of heat sensitive materials, high viscosity materials and easily crystallized particulate matter. Therefore, it has been widely used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, daily chemical, food, fine chemical and other industries.

 工作原理：

料液由加料管引入，經布料器分布，沿筒體內壁面下流。然后，料液被刮板所掃刮，在傳熱壁面上涂敷成膜。膜層受熱蒸發后會減薄。后進入的料液又被后繼而來的刮板所掃刮，形成新膜,再蒸友， 如此反復進行。料液漸被濃縮，最后由卸料錐卸出。蒸發出來的蒸汽，經分離筒，由出口排出經由冷凝器冷凝成液而捕集。

The feed liquid is introduced by the feeding pipe and distributed through the distributor, and flows down the inner wall of the cylinder. Then, the liquid is swept by the scraper and coated on the heat transfer wall to form a film. The film will thin after evaporation. The subsequent feed liquid is swept by the subsequent scraper, forming a new film, and then steaming friends, so repeatedly. The liquid is gradually concentrated and finally discharged from the discharging cone. The evaporated vapor is trapped through the separating cylinder and the outlet is discharged through the condenser to condense into liquid.

主要結構：

旋轉刮板式薄膜蒸發器主要由電機、 減速機、密封裝置、分離筒、布料器、氣液 分離器、蒸發筒身、轉子、刮板、底軸承、 出料筒等組成。其結構見（圖一）
